The Prairie is a 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch plan running at 1775 square feet. This plan features a split bedroom arrangement, open main living area, and Prairie Style influences: On the exterior, we kept the roofline low slung and hipped, with materials that accentuate the horizontal. Inside, the grid ceiling, large windows, and waterfall countertop stand out nicely. Warm and natural tones feel right at home on this house in the trees. Fun fact: the walnut TV console, range hood, and shelving were all milled from trees that were taken from the site during development.
